Kent Evans is one of the top stars of the spoken word and experimental art scene. Acclaimed internationally, Kent has worked, performed and recorded with such collectives as Augenblick, Soulkid, Wanderlust NYC and most recently, Meitz in Berlin, appearing on his next solo album White Powder. His creative non-fiction and opinion pieces have appeared in Yellow Rat Bastard Magazine as well as numerous national pop-culture and literary zines and publications.

Kent has lived and traveled throughout the US, Europe and Mexico while writing and performing in such venues as the Madison Square Garden Theater, Acadamie Beaux Arts in Paris and Nuyorican Poets Cafe in Greenwich Village.

He has done technical and academic writing for various Fortune 500 companies, non-profit organizations and governmental institutions, as well as ghostwriting for organizational design firms and web sites.

Kent Evans was born in New York City in 1975. He has a degree in Psychology and Dramatic Literature from New York University and currently resides between the States and Mexico where he still can't believe how aggressive the women are.
